1. What defines the Noweir AlSubaie design philosophy?
Our philosophy is centered on “considered simplicity” and timeless elegance. We create pieces that celebrate the contemporary Arab woman, blending heritage with modern style through meticulous craftsmanship, the finest materials, and a deep passion for detail.
2. What is the difference between "Haute Couture" and "Ready-to-Wear" items?
- Haute Couture & Bridal: These are our bespoke creations, designed and crafted exclusively for you. The process involves a private consultation to discuss your vision and take precise measurements, resulting in a one-of-a-kind piece.
- Ready-to-Wear: These are our curated, non-custom pieces available for direct purchase in standard sizes through our online store.
3. Where are your designs created?
All our creations are proudly designed and brought to life in our atelier in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
4. Can I visit your showroom?
We would be delighted to welcome you. To ensure a private and personalized experience for every client, our Riyadh showroom is open by appointment only. Please visit our “Contact Us” page to schedule your visit.
The Shopping & Consultation Process
The journey to your bespoke gown begins with a private consultation. You can book an appointment through our “Contact Us” page. During the consultation, we will discuss your vision, sketch the design, select fabrics, and take your measurements. The order is confirmed once the design is finalized and the deposit is made.
The timeline for each bespoke creation varies depending on the complexity of the design and fabric availability. A clear production and delivery schedule will be provided and agreed upon during your personal consultation.
Yes, we are pleased to offer virtual consultations for our international clients or those unable to visit our showroom in person. Please mention your preference when booking an appointment.
Shipping & Delivery
The total time is Production Time + Shipping Time.
- Production Time: This applies only to bespoke gowns and will be defined during your consultation. Ready-to-wear items are dispatched within 3-5 business days.
- Shipping Time: Once dispatched, domestic orders typically arrive in 3-5 business days, and international orders in 5-10 business days.
Yes, we ship worldwide and are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders.
Orders shipped within Saudi Arabia are not subject to customs fees. For international orders, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees determined by their local customs authority.
Payments & Pricing
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay and other secure payment methods available through our platform.
Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your bespoke order and begin the production process. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the gown, prior to delivery. This will be detailed in your service agreement.
Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy depends on the product type:
- Haute Couture & Bridal Gowns: As these pieces are bespoke and crafted specifically for you, they are final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Ready-to-Wear Items: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unworn, and unaltered condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Once an order for a bespoke gown is confirmed and the deposit is paid, it cannot be canceled as we immediately begin sourcing materials and dedicating resources to your unique creation.
In the rare event your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you promptly to find a solution.
Once a return is approved, refunds are processed bi-weekly. Please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to appear on your original payment method’s statement. Please remember, shipping costs and duties are non-refundable.
