Refund and Returns Policy
At Noweir AlSubaie, your satisfaction is our priority. We have established a clear and fair policy to ensure a transparent process. Our policy varies depending on the type of product purchased.
1. Haute Couture & Bridal Gowns (Bespoke Items)
Due to the uniquely personal and custom-made nature of our Haute Couture and Bridal creations, these items are considered final sale.
- Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable: Each bespoke gown is crafted to your specific measurements and design preferences. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for these items once an order is confirmed and production has begun.
- Our Commitment: We are committed to ensuring your design is perfect. Any concerns regarding fit or finish will be addressed through the alteration and final fitting process as agreed upon during your consultation.
2. Ready-to-Wear Items
For any ready-to-wear pieces available on our store, you may request a return if you are not fully satisfied.
- 14-Day Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- How to Initiate a Return: Please contact our customer support via WhatsApp or email at info@noweiralsubaie.com with your order number to begin the return process.
- Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be in their absolute original, unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to rectify the issue promptly, either through a repair, replacement, or by arranging a return.
4. The Refund Process (For Eligible Ready-to-Wear Items)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing: Approved refunds are processed bi-weekly (once between the 1st and 7th, and once between the 15th and 21st of each month).
- Issuance: The refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Non-Refundable Costs: Please note that original shipping costs, customs duties, and any related handling fees are non-refundable.
