At Noweir AlSubaie, we are dedicated to ensuring that the final step of receiving your unique creation is as seamless and elegant as its design.

1. Production & Processing Time

Please note that the “shipping time” is separate from the “production time.”

• Haute Couture & Bridal Gowns: As each piece is a bespoke creation made exclusively for you, a specific production timeline will be communicated and agreed upon during your personal consultation.
• Ready-to-Wear Items: Any ready-to-wear pieces will be processed and prepared for shipment within 3-5 business days.

2. Complimentary Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order is complete and has been dispatched, the shipping time begins. We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders.

• Domestic Delivery (within Saudi Arabia): Typically delivered within 3-5 business days.
• International Delivery: Typically delivered within 5-10 business days.

3. International Duties and Taxes

For customers outside of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or other local fees.

• These charges are determined and imposed by your local customs authority.
• They are not collected or controlled by Noweir AlSubaie and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Orders shipped within Saudi Arabia are not subject to these fees.

4. Delivery Flexibility & Convenience

We strive to deliver your order at your convenience.

• If the estimated delivery date is not suitable, you may choose an alternative date within 5 business days of the original date.
• Where the service is available from our courier partners, you can also select a specific time slot for your delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number. This allows you to follow your delivery’s journey to your doorstep.
